Findasense

Overview

The Findasense offices in Escazú respond to the challenge of a physical space that can adapt over time. This need stems from the nature of the business and from the new protocols for working together that transformed workplaces. The proposal creates standardized spaces, with no hierarchies or assigned desks.

The design includes different formats for collaboration, such as sofas for open meetings, enclosed meeting rooms and an auditorium. The space encourages encounters among team members and balances individual focus with collective work, in an environment that can evolve with the company.
