Frequently asked questions

Which buildings does Law 7600 apply to?

Public spaces and buildings that serve the public, in new construction and in renovations. For example a retail store, an office that receives clients, a clinic or a school.

Is it useful for an older building?

Yes. The review ranks the adjustments by priority and looks for feasible solutions within what is already built.

What do I need to request it?

The address of the site, its use and, if available, plans or photos. It is quoted according to the size and use of the site.

Can your office carry out the adjustments afterwards?

Yes. Our office can design the adjustments, process the plans with the CFIA when the work requires it and oversee their construction.
